2022 Pipeline Safety Seminar hosted by the California Public Utilities Commission's Gas Safety and Reliability Branch

The Gas Safety and Reliability Branch of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is conducting a free one-day seminar to assist  gas operators to better understand the federal safety requirements for  gas transmission and distribution systems.  This seminar is designed to help operators understand state and federal gas pipelines safety regulations and better prepare for CPUC inspections. This will include topics such as Operation and Maintenance plans, Damage Prevention Measures, Operator Qualification (OQ), Distribution Integrity Management Plans (DIMP), Transmission Integrity Management Plans (TIMP), Public Awareness, the transfer of master-meter systems at mobile home parks to gas and electric corporations and related items.



Operators only need to register for one day of the Seminar.
