Julian joined the CPUC in 2023 as an analyst in the Public Advocates Office, where he worked on distribution planning and policy issues as part of the Energy Infrastructure Branch. Prior to joining the Commission, he worked as a Policy Consultant/Manager at Trilligent (subsidiary of APCO Worldwide), where he supported the Meta’s Reality Labs Policy Team. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. In his free time, Julian loves to be active outdoors, learn new things, meet new people, eat delicious food, and travel.
