As an employee, contractor, or subcontractor of a company regulated by the Commission, you may report suspected unsafe, unlawful, or dishonest activity.

If you cannot resolve the problem after talking with the utility’s customer service, you may file an informal complaint with us.

Through the formal complaint procedure, the CPUC can order your utility to take corrective action on various formal complaints.

If you cannot resolve the problem after talking with the transportation company, you may file a complaint with us.

If a company switched without permission (slamming) or charged for things you didn’t order (cramming), file a complaint.
