Bridget Horan joined the CPUC’s Public Advocates Office in 2019 and has served as a Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst in the Climate Change Initiative Section of the Energy Procurement and Policy branch. Bridget has worked on Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) and Electricity Program Investment Charge (EPIC) Programs, focusing on renewable energy policy, RD&D, and the impacts of utilities’ application to construct solar-only and solar + battery projects. Prior to joining the Commission, she operated a certified small woman-owned business, contracting with local, state, and federal governments. Bridget has held various leadership roles in accounting, customer operations, engineering, executive relations, public affairs, and trial court departments while serving Verizon and Southern California Edison, and The Judicial Branch of California. Bridget holds a BS in Business and Project Management, master’s in business administration from University of Irvine, California, University of Phoenix, and doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
