Candace Choe

Candace Choe joined the CPUC in 2012, and most recently worked as an attorney with the CPUC’s Legal Division, representing advocacy divisions in safety, communications, water, and energy matters. Candace was also an analyst at the CPUC with the Communications Division and the Public Advocates Office. Prior to joining the CPUC, she worked for a nonprofit protecting water resources and as a transportation planner. Candace holds a BA in urban planning from the University of California, San Diego and a JD from the University of California, Hastings.
