Interim Associate Governmental Programs Analyst
Madonna Ebrahimof graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Political Science and holds a Paralegal Certificate. Madonna joined the CPUC in 2020 as Legal Secretary and, in 2023, transitioned to The Safety and Enforcement Division’s Electric Safety and Reliability Branch as a Staff Service Analyst. In this role, Madonna has supported audits, compliance tracking, and safety and reliability initiatives, with a particular focus on the Generation and Energy Storage Section. Her work includes coordinating with Generating Asset Owners and Energy Storage System Owners to support compliance efforts and enhance program effectiveness. Madonna is currently serving as an Interim Associate Government Program Analyst in Commissioner Houck’s office through December 2025.
