Drew joined the Commission’s Legal Division in 2021 and has worked on issues related to wildfire risk, transportation electrification, ratepayer protections, the cost of capital, safety, and resource adequacy.  Prior to entering public service, Drew worked as a lawyer in private practice in San Francisco.

Drew is a second-generation Californian who holds a juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law, and a masters in environmental policy and regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
