Josephine Emelo

Josephine joined the CPUC in 2008.  She currently serves as Executive Assistant for President Reynold’s office and manages the advisors’ calendars.  

Previously, Josephine served as Executive Assistant to President Batjer’s office, Management Technician to President Michael Picker’s office, and Management Technician to Commissioner Mark Ferron’s office.  She has also worked at the Department of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General from 1985 to 2008.
