Kerry Fleisher serves as Chief Policy Advisor to President Reynolds. 

 

Kerry has held multiple positions at the CPUC since 2017, including Interim Energy Advisor to President Reynolds, Energy Advisor to Commissioner Guzman Aceves, and Senior Analyst in the Energy Division. In these roles, she has advised across a number of issues including electric procurement, retail choice policy, long-term gas planning, customer-sited renewable energy programs, and solar consumer protections.

 

Prior to the CPUC, Kerry worked at the U.S. Energy Foundation on strategic communications and state-based campaigns to advance clean energy and climate policy. Kerry holds a Master of City Planning and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
