Khalil Johnson

Khalil Johnson serves President Reynolds as an advisor on energy and water matters. 

Prior to the CPUC, Khalil worked in various roles at Pacific Gas & Electric company on strategy and regulatory proceedings to advance building and transportation electrification.

Khalil holds a B.A. in Environmental Analysis from Pitzer college, and a Master’s degree in Energy Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. Khalil enjoys spending time with his family, and going on long road trips.
