Michael Mullaney

Michael Mullaney serves as President Alice Reynolds' Senior Advisor on Communications and Transportation issues.
 
Previously, Michael served as an Advisor to former California Public Utilities Commission President Marybel Batjer from 2020 to 2021. Michael was a Legislative Liaison in the Office of Governmental Affairs at the California Public Utilities Commission from 2017 to 2020. Before joining the Commission, Michael served in various positions in the Office of Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. from 2013 to 2017, including Assistant Legislative Secretary and Legislative Assistant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
