 Permanent link

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the California Energy Commission (CEC) are seeking applications from interested persons to fill a seat on the Senate Bill 350 Disadvantaged Communities Advisory Group (DACAG).

The DACAG advises the CPUC and the CEC regarding the development, implementation, and impacts of proposed programs related to the Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act of 2015 (Senate Bill 350) in disadvantaged communities.

The DACAG is composed of 11 members from or representing disadvantaged communities.

Members represent the diverse nature of disadvantaged communities of the state and reflect the rural and urban, cultural and ethnic, and geographic regions of the state.

DACAG members are appointed for 2-year terms, and meet in-person at varying locations across the state quarterly, and meet via teleconference in the months between in-person meetings.

More information about DACAG and the application can be found on the DACAG web page.

Applications are due by March 16, 2020.
