Objective: In opening Rulemaking (R.) 25-08-005 to update the California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) program, the Commission is considering program modifications to expand access for schools and libraries, among other things. This workshop will gather information on the federal E-Rate program and funding, school administrative buildings providing education, consortia and their role supporting schools and libraries, and service providers and their delivery of broadband services to schools and libraries.
