Capital Structure

The relative amounts of shareholders equity and debt that comprise a company’s long-range capitalization or, in the case of a utility, its ratebase.  For more on capital structure, see the cost of capital webpage.

1. Capital Structures reflect the CPUC-jusrisdictional capital structures adopted in CPUC-jurisdictional capital structures adopted in D.25-12-043 for the 2026–2028 period.
2. Actual Capital Structure is recorded as of December 2025.
