The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has added a Voting Meeting to its November schedule to address Public Safety Power Shut-offs (PSPS), as follows:

WHEN: Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 10 a.m.

WHERE: CPUC Auditorium, 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA; also available via webcast at www.adminmonitor.com/ca/cpuc/ or listen-only phone line at 1-800-857-1917, passcode 92105

WHY: The CPUC will address the request of its Safety and Enforcement Division for a formal investigation into whether California’s investor-owned electric utilities prioritized safety and complied with the CPUC’s regulations and requirements with respect to their October 2019 PSPS events.
