Cheryl Wynn

Cheryl Wynn serves as the interim Chief of Staff to Commissioner Baker.  Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to former CPUC Commissioner Genevieve Shiroma.  Before this role, Cheryl served as Commissioner Shiroma's Senior Advisor. Previously, Cheryl led the energy efficiency third-party program solicitation process in the Commission's Energy Division as a Senior Regulatory Analyst. Before joining the CPUC in 2018, Cheryl managed a major investor-owned utility’s residential energy efficiency portfolio of programs and services, which involved coordinating across market sectors and with demand response, distributed generation, and low-income programs to implement strategies and execute statewide marketing campaigns. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of La Verne and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
