Kyle Navis
Senior Advisor
Kyle serves as Senior Advisor to Commissioner Baker. Prior to his current role, Kyle worked for the Public Advocates Office on proceedings broadly related to electric procurement, resource adequacy, reliability, and regionalization. Before the CPUC, Kyle worked at the Center for Global Development researching mobile money deployment, managed international development programs in Bolivia, and taught middle school science in Philadelphia. Kyle has a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy, a teaching certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies from Whitworth University.
