Scott Mosbaugh

Scott Mosbaugh is the Administrative Assistant for Commissioner Baker’s Office. Previously, he served as the Administrative Assistant to former CPUC Commissioner Genevieve Shiroma. Scott joined the Commission in 2008 and served as the Administrative Assistant to former Commissioner Carla J. Peterman, former Commissioner Timothy Alan Simon, former Commissioner Mark J. Ferron, and former Commissioner Dian Grueneich. Scott worked on Contact Tracing for Santa Cruz County to support the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
