Southern California Edison GRC Proceeding (Phase I)
2025 GRC (A.23-05-010)
On May 12, 2023, SCE filed its General Rate Case Application (A.23-05-010) for 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. In this application, SCE asks the CPUC for an authorized base revenue requirement, of $10.27 billion to become effective January 1, 2025. This request represents a $1.90 billion, or 23 percent, increase in 2025 over its forecasted 2024 base revenue requirements. Proposed increases for 2026, 2027 and 2028 are $619 million, $664 million, and $705 million, respectively.
On September 18, 2025, the Commission issued Decision 25-09-010 adopting Test Year 2025 base revenue requirement of $9.664 million. It also authorizes estimated post-test year base revenue increases of $544 million in 2026, $522 million in 2027, and $447 million in 2028.
