NAICS Codes Eligible for CA Industry Assistance
Facilities are eligible for CA Industry Assistance from the CPUC if they operate in an industry characterized by one of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes that is eligible for industry assistance under the California Air Resources Board's (CARB) Cap-and-Trade Regulation. Table 8-1 of the Cap-and-Trade Regulation provides a list of eligible NAICS Codes, based on the 2007 NAICS manual.
Some 2007 NAICS Codes were revised in the 2012 NAICS manual. The table below provides the NAICS Code for each eligible industry and indicates any change to an industry’s NAICS Code between 2007 and 2012. The table below is provided for convenience only; Table 8-1 remains controlling.
