CPUC Announces Third Round of Clean Energy Access Grants for Porter Ranch Area Organizations
SAN FRANCISCO– The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) today announced a third round of funding through its Clean Energy Access: LA County TECH (CEA-LAT) Grant Program, providing a grant opportunity for eligible organizations headquartered in ZIP Code 91326.
Applications will be accepted from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, 2026. Eligible organizations may apply for grants of up to $75,000. Organizations that previously received funding through the CEA-LAT Grant Program are not eligible for this round.
The CEA-LAT Grant Program supports community-based organizations that conduct outreach and education related to the Technology for Equipment and Clean Heating (TECH) Clean California initiative. Grant-funded activities help residents learn about building decarbonization, electrification technologies, healthy homes, and opportunities to access clean energy incentives.
Round 3 Application Timeline

- Application Review and Scoring: Oct. 16–31, 2026
- Grant Awards Announced: Nov. 2–5, 2026
Who Can Apply?
Round 3 is a limited funding opportunity. Applicants must:
- Be headquartered in ZIP Code 91326.
- Meet all applicable CEA-LAT Grant Program eligibility requirements.
- Request no more than $75,000 in grant funding.
- Not have previously received funding through the CEA-LAT Grant Program.
