The Electric and Safety Reliability Branch (ESRB) helps maintain reliable electric generation for the public by ensuring power plants comply with GO 167-B Maintenance, Operation, and Logbook Standards. GO 167-B specifies who must file compliance documents according to plant type and capacity. Unless exempt by GO 167-B, Generating Asset Owners (GAO) are required to file the following documents with the Safety and Enforcement Division.

The following table shows who must file compliance documents. For a more detailed table, download Required Filings Under GO 167-B and Other Required Duties.
