The CPUC received public comments (below) on the statewide open-access middle-mile authorized by Senate Bill (SB) 156. Comments responded to two rulings in the CPUC Rulemaking 20-09-001 - the August 6, 2021 Ruling and the September 9, 2021 Ruling. Comments responding to each ruling are provided below.
