Submission Instructions
Applicants must e-mail the completed, signed, and notarized application and supporting documentation to videofranchising@cpuc.ca.gov. Use the CPUC’s Kiteworks Secure FTP (Kiteworks User Guide) when e-mailing large files and/or documents containing information for which the applicant requests confidential treatment.
Applicants must concurrently deliver a copy of the application to any local entity where the applicant will provide service.
Payment Instructions
If the application requires an application fee, make the check payable to “CPUC – VSP.”
