October 2019 PSPS Events

Public Safety Power Shut-off (PSPS) events were called by utilities in October 2019.

The CPUC, CalOES, and CAL FIRE monitored the PSPS events, including embedding staff at utility Emergency Operations Centers for direct observation and to facilitate coordination.
