The following are reports to the legislature in accordance with Assembly Bill 2987, the Digital Infrastructure and Video Competition Act (DIVCA) analyzing aggregated data provided by holders of state-issued video franchises. These reports contain aggregated information about the locations where video and broadband services are offered by franchise holders including subscribership to those services. They also contain maps of individual franchise areas and an overview of the DIVCA Act and rules governing the implementation of the Act.

Video Franchise Holder Annual Reports:

In addition to the annual report, DIVCA requires the Public Utilities Commission to collect employment information from state video franchise holders with more than 750 employees and post the information on the CPUC website. This report contains employment information describing six parent companies of 17 video franchise holders with 750 or more employees in the state of California.
