FFA Applicant Tool Registration

Welcome to the Federal Funding Account Applicant Tool registration page

The Applicant Tool enables prospective Federal Funding Account applicants to examine service needs, highlight census blocks, and see estimated subsidies for potential projects — and then submit them as part of a grant application.

To access the tool, users must create an account below, agree to the end user license agreement, and accept the terms of service. Registrations may take up to three business days to be approved, depending on the volume of requests.

Principle Place of Business Address (all fields required): Address where legal correspondence should be sent. This is the address that will appear on the license.

Licensee Signatory (required):
This is the person who will be signing the license.

Contact Person (required):
This is the person who will log into the applicant tool. Enter the first and last name. If the Licensee Signatory is the same as the Contact Person, please complete the Contact Person fields with the same information.
